Goshen Education Consulting, Inc. specializes in educational program evaluation services. The goal is to provide you with both an objective external evaluation and to serve as a partner to your project. A good evaluation provides both formative and summative evaluation that helps guide you along through your project and meets the needs of your funding organization. Goshen Education Consulting, Inc. is staffed by Matt Feldmann, principal researcher, and Shawn Bell, graduate research assistant. Matt founded the company in 2009 to serve the increased needs for project evaluation. The company offices are located on the Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville campus, in the idyllic University Park. Goshen Education Consulting currently serves as an external evaluator for eleven projects with six different clients. Dr. Feldmann has been involved with funded project evaluations since 2002 and has served as a consultant to institutions of higher education since 1998. He completed his Ph.D. in educational leadership and policy studies with a focus on higher education at Iowa State University in 2005. Dr. Feldmann and his wife, Kristin, have three children and live in Edwardsville, Illinois.
